Building leadership skills as a Charity Trustee

We often encourage students, alumni and postdocs with an interest in the charity sector to consider volunteering to gain experience. One option is volunteering as a charity trustee- a great way to get an insight into how charities work and what they do. Even if you’re considering working outside of charities, being a trustee can build networks and leadership experience.
